Meet Taliah R. Rice (Floyd)

Taliah brings ten years of social service experience to Rice-Floyd Family Investments. It is the pursuit of her Master of Social Work (MSW) that led to Rice-Floyd Family Investments. She worked directly with the population impacted by the lack of affordable housing in communities across America. She will bring her knowledge to the company to help identify impacted areas and, in a collaborative effort with Johnathan and supportive entities, certain properties within cross-sectional markets to help the multifamily workforce. She aims to ensure families have access to resources that will benefit them.
